Trade Terms & Conditions

  • All trade orders are firm sales, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless deemed faulty/defective.
  • All fault/damage claims must be made with photographic evidence to trade@hearthandles.com.au within 48 hours of receiving goods.
  • Full payment must be received prior to dispatch.
  • Stock will be allocated once payment is received.
  • If your trade order includes a combination of ready-to-ship items and backordered items, all ready-to-ship items will be dispatched immediately, and any backordered items will be dispatched once they have arrived at our warehouse.

We offer trade discounts for eligible businesses in interior design, construction and other relevant industries.

Once you have submitted a Trade Application form, sit back and relax. We'll send you an email with the outcome after our trade team has reviewed your application. Your application being approved means you’ll instantly get access to the trade discounts to shop for your projects.

If you’re working on a big project that requires a large quantity of products (e.g. large residential, commercial or hospitality project), we’re more than happy to provide you with a one-off quotation. Please reach out to us at trade@hearthandles.com.au to discuss further.

Yes, you certainly can! Once your trade application is approved, you'll receive access to trade discounts so you can start ordering items that you're interested in for sampling purposes.

All trade orders are firm sales and are non-refundable.

If an item is deemed by us to be faulty or defective, we'll offer a replacement for you at our cost.

Shipping

  • For all in-stock items, it generally takes up to 48 hours for an order to be processed for dispatch.

 

  • Unless an ETA is provided, our delivery timeframe is approximately 5 - 10 business days to all metro postcodes.

 

  • Delivery to rural/regional areas may vary - please allow approximately 10 - 14 business days for all deliveries to regional postcodes.

 

  • When adding to cart, please be aware of the ETA of the product you order. A product's ETA is provided on its product page.

 

  • This ETA is an estimation of when that product will arrive at our warehouse. Once we have received the stock, it will generally take up to 48 hours for an order to be dispatched.

 

  • Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes, and any delivery timeframes listed are an estimate. As delivery timeframes are subject to change, we strongly recommend you to avoid booking tradespeople until all items are received.

 

  • We ship worldwide.

Returns

  • For all change of mind (non-faulty) returns, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items for a refund.

 

  • If more than 14 days but less than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are only able to offer store credit to the value of your order, after any discounts.

 

  • If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return/refund option.

 

  • We do not offer change of mind returns for custom orders.
