Order Processing Time
For all in-stock items, it generally takes up to 48 hours for an order to be processed for dispatch.
ETA / Backorder
- If a product has an ETA, it means it will be on backorder once you place an order containing such products.
- When adding items to your cart, please be aware of any ETAs for products you have selected. A product's ETA is provided on the product page, the cart page and at the checkout page.
- If you place an order which includes a combination of ready-to-ship items and backordered items, all ready-to-ship items will be dispatched immediately, and any backordered items will be dispatched once they have arrived at our warehouse.
- The provided ETA is an estimation of when that product will arrive at our warehouse. Once we have received the stock, it will generally take up to 48 hours for an order to be processed for dispatch.
PO Box Address
We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide an alternate street address for us to deliver your order to.
Receiving Your Order
- All orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout with "Authority To Leave" by default. Thus, your package/s may be delivered without a signature being obtained, as long as the delivery driver deems it is safe to do so.

If you are not home at the time of delivery or if the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to the provided address or did not deem the location safe enough to leave the package, your package may be delivered to a nearby collection point (Post Office, Parcel Locker, Parcel Connect, Newsagent or similar) for collection.
- Please refer to the calling card left by the courier to collect your package at your earliest convenience.
- If you are unable to locate the calling card, please contact info@hearthandles.com.au with your order number, and we'll do our best to assist.
International Orders
For all international orders, you are responsible for any duties and taxes payable.
